Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, Father’s Day, etc.) processing may take slightly longer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@golfsack.shop. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Do you offer bulk or tournament pricing?

What is included with the CaddySack Golf Ball Holder?
Every CaddySack comes ready to gift and includes:

Is the CaddySack durable enough for regular use?
Yes. The holder is made from high-quality, flexible silicone designed to handle real golf conditions, including sun, rain, and everyday use on the course.
How do I use the CaddySack?
- Drop two golf balls into the back opening.
- Insert the weighted marker into the front slot.
- Clip the CaddySack and towel to your bag using the carabiner.
- Squeeze the bottom when you need a ball — it pops right out.
What’s the difference between the original CaddySack and the Brass Balls version?
The Brass Balls Limited Edition features the same design and functionality, but with a brass-coloured holder, brass-coloured golf balls, and a matching brass marker. It is a limited-edition version.
Are the Putt-Puck and Putt-Hole suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Both are made from durable, weatherproof molded rubber and include a wooden tee and flag for anchoring on grass.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact support@golfsack.shop to start a return.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All CaddySack products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@golfsack.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and assist you promptly.
